As a startup, most of our products are crafted upon order placement. For certain items in stock, dispatch can occur within 5 business days. But, for most of the products, delivery typically occurs within 5 to 15 working days, depending on the product and location.

Returns and Exchange Policy
Little lumber do not hold any return policy. As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns on change of mind.

Exchanges: Exchanges are only applicable in cases where a product arrives damaged.
In the event of receiving a damaged item, the following steps must be taken:

>Capture detailed photographs and videos clearly showing the damage.

PRICING
We reserve the right to adjust prices of our products, shipping charges as per courier companies and special offers at our discretion.

 

PRICING ERRORS
In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will then have the option to either cancel your order or confirm it at the correct price.

For any cancelled orders, a full refund will be processed within 5 days of the cancellation notice.
