Returns/ Refund
Little lumber do not hold any return/refund policy. As all our products are made to order and if you receive the same product as seen on website in perfect condition we do not accept returns on change of mind.
Exchange Policy
To start a n exchange, you can contact us at littlelumbercustomercare@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our address.
Exchanges are only applicable in cases where a delivered product was not as described on website or arrives damaged, then it must be intimidated with us on WhatsApp at 03176135599
In the event of receiving a damaged item, the following steps must be taken:
>Report within 24 hours from the time of receipt of shipment.
>Retain the order confirmation email.
>Capture detailed photographs and videos clearly showing the damage.
>Contact our customer support team via our official WhatsApp number providing your order number and the supporting images/videos.
Our team will assess the case and guide you through the exchange process. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you all instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
